Introducing a significant upgrade to the Universal Link Manager! Version 2.0 brings a suite of new features and an enhanced interface to make managing your links even more intuitive and powerful. What's New in This Update

  • Customizable Floating Bubble Position: You now have full control over the floating bubble's location. A new settings option allows you to instantly move the bubble to any of the four corners of your browser window (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right). This ensures the bubble never gets in the way of your browsing.
  • Persistent Settings and Links: All of your saved links, themes, and preferred bubble position are now persistently stored across all websites. This is a major improvement, ensuring your configurations and data are always available and consistent wherever you browse.
  • Instant-Add Functionality: A new "Add This Site" button has been added to the bubble's quick-access menu. This feature instantly saves the current page's title and URL to your link list with a single click, eliminating the need for manual copying and pasting. Continued Core Features All of the original functionality you've come to rely on remains intact and fully integrated into the new version.
  • Universal Compatibility: The script continues to work on every website, giving you a truly universal link management tool.
  • Intuitive Link Management: You can still easily add and delete links from your list using the updated, user-friendly menu.
  • Backup & Restore: The ability to export and import your link list as a JSON string is still available for easy data backup and transfer.
  • Customizable Themes: Switch between the classic "Default" theme and a vibrant "High Contrast" theme to match your style.   • Dynamic Exclusion List: Your security is a top priority. Easily add any website to an exclusion list directly from the script's menu. This prevents the script from running on sensitive pages like online banking portals, your router login, or any other site where you prefer it to be inactive.
  • Backup & Restore: Never lose your links again. The built-in import and export feature allows you to save a backup of all your custom links as a simple text string. You can easily restore them on a new browser or computer, or simply keep them safe in case of a browser reset.
  • Persistent & Non-Intrusive: The script's button can be hidden, and its state is saved across page refreshes. The best part? You can easily bring the button back with a simple triple-click on the bottom-right of your screen. This powerful and subtle feature means the button is only there when you need it.   • Click the blue floating button on the bottom right of the screen.
  • In the menu that appears, find the "Add New Link" section.
  • Enter a Label (e.g., "My Favorite Site") and the corresponding URL (e.g., "https://example.com/").
  • Click Save. The link will be added to your list. Hiding and Revealing the Button
  • To Hide: In the menu, click the Hide Button. The floating button and menu will disappear.
  • To Reveal: Go to the bottom-right corner of your screen and perform a quick triple-click. The floating button and menu will reappear exactly where you left them. Excluding a Website
  • Navigate to the website you want to exclude (e.g., your bank's website).
  • Open the menu and go to the "Excluded Websites" section.
  • The domain of the current website will appear in the input box.
  • Click Add Exclude. The script will be immediately disabled on that domain and will no longer run there in the future. Deleting Links or Exclusions
  • Open the menu.
  • To delete a link, click Delete Links. An "x" button will appear next to each link. Click the "x" next to the link you want to remove. Click Exit Delete to finish.
  • To delete an exclusion, click Delete Exclusions. An "x" button will appear next to each excluded domain. Click the "x" next to the domain you want to remove. Click Exit Exclude Delete to finish. Backup and Restore
  • Open the menu and go to the "Backup & Restore" section.
  • Click Export. A text box will appear with a string of text. This is your saved link data. Copy this text and save it somewhere safe.
  • To restore, click Import. A text box will appear. Paste your saved link data into this box and click Load. Your links will be restored.
