This is really fantastic, the amount of options and detail is amazing, thank you for doing it.

1) Is there any way to have a filter open in a new tab/window, either from a context menu or clicking the middle wheel of the mouse? For example, could I open results for "past 24 hours" in a new tab?

2) Can I stop it moving down the page as I scoll and keep it static at the top of the page?

3) Is there any way to change the blue filter headings to a different colour (I have trouble distinguishing blue and black on a screen)?

Thanks for the excellent feedback. Here are the answers to your points:

1) Opening filters in a new tab:

This is a great suggestion. I've added it to my to-do list for a future update. I need to evaluate how to implement it without conflicting with the current click logic, but it's on my radar.

2) Keeping the sidebar static at the top:

The sidebar is intentionally designed as a floating element to be placed anywhere on the page. Making it static could cause layout conflicts with different window widths and Google's own right-side info panels. Due to these complexities, this feature is on hold for now.

3) Changing the blue filter headings color:

Good news! This is now possible in the new v0.3.0. In Settings -> Appearance, you'll find the new "Advanced Color Options" section. You can now customize 12 different elements, including the "Link & Title Color" which controls the blue headings you mentioned. There's also a reset button to revert to the theme's defaults.

This has been implemented in v0.4.0. Middle-clicking any filter will now open its results in a new background tab.
